PLAY MONEY GAMES
Play Money Games require nothing more than you register with a User Name and Email Address. There is no fee for Play Money games and we recommend you spend some time here before trying the Real Money tables to get a feel for the software.

G2G SITE RAKE
When you play Poker, you are playing against other poker players, and not against the house as you would in a casino with other games. Compensation to the Poker Room for hosting the tables comes in the form of a "Rake". The rake is roughly 5% of the pot size in Money Ring Games, but never exceeding $3.00. In tournament play, there is a "Tournament Buy-In Fee" and "Tournament Entry Fee". The "Buy-In Fee" goes towards the Prize Pool, while the "Entry Fee" replaces the Rake as compensation. For further information about the Rake, please refer to the Rake Structure below.

PRIZE POOLS
G2GPros is not a party to any wager and only serves to oversee the events and the wagers that are made by the participants. All prize money distributed is a pool of the buy-in amounts contributed by individual players.
For any withdrawal request to be approved, the player must have generated a minimum of 25% rake of the total gross withdrawal amount.
Promotional money is the balance of any and all monies won through table promotions, freerolls, or any other type of incentive or monies won through the use of promotional money, before an initial deposit. Such money will be subject to playthrough restrictions before it can be withdrawn.
In order to withdraw Promotional money, the player must deposit a minimum of $25 and earn rake equal or greater than three times the amount of the Promotional money.
Money awarded through table promotions, freerolls, or any other type of incentive after an initial deposit of $25 or more, can be withdrawn subject to any other standard withdrawal rules.
Playthrough required to release any deposit bonuses will be detailed alongside the deposit bonus offers on the Promotions page. Bonuses will be restricted to only one member per household, family, computer or IP address.
USER NAMES
We will not allow user names that may be offensive to other players. G2GPros reserves the right to change inappropriate choices, or those that may resemble others already in use.
PLAYER CHAT
Any type of abusive, sexual or offensive language based on any of the following will not be tolerated; race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, disability, playing style, or any other abusive or derogatory remarks. Player and staff complaints will be dealt with immediately and a suspension of chat privileges may be required to ensure compliance. In the event that several warnings do not change the player's habits, Management will close the player's account and may confiscate any balances at their discretion.
MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS
We allow only one account per person and one account per computer. The reasoning behind this is to prevent unethical practices and to reduce the threat of collusion. Should multiple accounts be discovered, Management reserve the right to close the offending player's accounts and confiscate any balances. Management also reserve the right to use any money confiscated to compensate any players who may have been cheated by the offending player at their discretion.
COLLUSION
Collusion is strictly forbidden when playing at G2GPros.com and play at tables is constantly monitored by our security department in order to detect any collusion or cheating. Management reserve the right to close the offending players' accounts and confiscate any balances. Management also reserve the right to use any money confiscated to compensate any players who may have been cheated by the offending players at their discretion.
1. Disconnect Protection protects players in the event that their internet connection is lost while involved in a pot. If a player is disconnected and has Disconnect Protection available, the server will allow them to continue the hand by either marking them as "All In" for the amount they have contributed to the pot, or checking if the option is available.
2. Disconnection Protection is not to be used for any other purpose besides a legitimate disconnection. Misuse of this policy, in any way, by intentional disconnection may result in; forfeiture of winnings, tournament disqualification, loss of Disconnection Protection or expulsion.
3. The G2GPros.com software has been designed to detect if a player has had a legitimate disconnection before implementing the Disconnection Protection. If a player gets "timed out" by simply not acting on their turn in order to try and get the Disconnection Protection, they will be folded.
4. All Players must accept the risk of disconnection. If a disconnection occurs (they can and do happen), connect/log on and continue playing as soon as possible. At no time will G2GPros.com assume responsibility for disconnections or disconnected players, regardless of cause. To help limit the risk of possible disconnections contact your ISP for advice.
5. G2GPros.com reserves the right to change and modify this policy and make final decisions on all matters herein at its sole discretion. Any policy changes and relevant information will be communicated through G2GPros.com (electronic and/or written).

RING/CASH GAME DISCONNECT PROTECTION:
7. Each player is limited to the use of 8 Disconnect Protections within a 7 day period for live game play.8. A Player may request for a Disconnect Protection reset by contacting support.
TOURNAMENT GAME DISCONNECT PROTECTION:
9. Disconnect Protection is not available for all Single-Table and Multi-Table tournaments. You will be folded if you lose connection and your blinds will be paid until you return.10. Refunds for poker tournaments will only be issued if a problem with the tournament is identified by the Gaming Network and is found to have been a result of a technical fault or error.
GAME CANCELLATION POLICY:
RING/CASH GAMES: Each player will be refunded back the exact amount of money he or she had at the start of the hand at the time of cancellation.SINGLE-TABLE TOURNAMENTS: If a Tournament is cancelled due to technical reasons, any players who were eliminated prior to cancellation will lose their buy-in and entry fee. Remaining players will have their buy-in and entry fee refunded and will receive an equal share of the buy-in monies of the eliminated players. The eliminated players' buy-ins are equally divided regardless of chip standing at the time of cancellation.
MULTI-TABLE TOURNAMENTS: If a Tournament is cancelled due to technical reasons, any players who were eliminated prior to cancellation will lose their buy-in and entry fee. Remaining players will be refunded:

All remaining players will be refunded their buy-in and the total amount of refunded buy-ins will be subtracted from the remaining prize pool.
The remaining prize prize pool is then distributed amongst the remaining players: 50% distributed equally and 50% distributed based on stack size at time of shutdown.

G2GPros will not accept responsibility for players breaking their local rules and laws where they differ from those detailed above.
Here are some easy steps to help you prevent minors from logging on and gaming without our knowledge:
